Refund Policy

Holding Fees (Non-Refundable)

A $500 holding fee is required to reserve a kitten.
This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to: changes in buyer circumstances, allergies, landlord issues, financial changes, or buyer remorse.

Holding fees secure your chosen kitten and cover the cost of care, evaluation, and removing the kitten from availability to other approved homes.
A kitten is not considered “on hold” until the holding fee is received.

A holding fee, while non-refundable, is transferable to a different litter.

Balance of Payment *Kittens start at $3000

Kittens start at $3000. The holding fee is subtracted from that total. The remaining balance is due before the kitten leaves our home.


Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Venmo, or cash.

No Refunds 

Rosebud Ragdolls does not offer refunds for any kitten once a holding fee has been placed or the kitten has been paid for in full.

Kittens are living animals whose personalities, growth, and development can vary, and we cannot guarantee future size, coat changes, or personality traits outside of the breed-standard.

Health Guarantee & Replacement Policy

Every kitten comes with a 4-year genetic health guarantee, which applies only to conditions explicitly listed in your contract.

If a kitten passes away due to a covered genetic condition:
​

You must provide:

  1. A full necropsy report performed by a licensed veterinarian-pathologist

  2. Documentation showing the cause of death is directly linked to a covered genetic defect

Once verified, we will provide a replacement kitten of comparable quality from the next available litter.

No monetary refunds are offered.

 

We only offer a replacement kitten as described above.

When the Health Guarantee Is Void
​

The guarantee becomes void if:

  • The kitten/cat is allowed outdoors

  • The kitten is not kept up to date on veterinary care

  • The kitten is neglected, abused, or exposed to unsafe conditions

  • The kitten is fed a raw diet 

  • The kitten is rehomed without written permission from Rosebud Ragdolls

 
Rehoming Policy
​

If at any point you are unable to keep your kitten or cat:

  • The cat must be returned to Rosebud Ragdolls, or

  • We will assist in finding an approved home

Kittens and cats may NOT be resold, rehomed, or surrendered to a shelter or rescue under any circumstances.
